StrengthSwag Returns

Do you accept returns? For how long?

Yes! We want you to love our products. But if you're not sure, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after making your purchase. If it's been longer than 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Condition and Requirements

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

  • Please do not return any items that have been worn.
  • Sale Items are not refundable.

Refunds, when applicable

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and let you know if we can approve a return.
  • For approved returns, we will process a refund to your credit card. 

Issues with your refund?

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at or use the contact us page.

Where do I ship my return?

  • Mail your product return with a copy of your receipt/invoice to: StrengthsSwag, 300 W Central Rd #437, Mount Prospect, IL 60056
  • You will be responsible for shipping costs of your return item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
  • NOTE: If you are shipping an item(s) valued over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
